Totally loved this highly-recommended, super quaint place --- more so for breakfast than lunch. My husband and I popped in on a gray morning recently - and there was a decent wait, though not for just 2 people willing to sit outside! Hurrah. A waiter quickly brought over some really tasty coffee. On a lunch visit a couple days later, I'd have a fab latte. They have all kinda of flavors and even a special coffee drink each day on their specials menu. I ordered a special omelet that had cheese, sausage, and lots of diced veg. I got the "green chile" sauce on the side - but that was quite flavorful. Green chiles in a warm salsa-like sauce - with just a bit of a kick. My husband got their recommended eggs Benedict (I would've gotten the special that had a crab cake! But he didn't- boo!). He loved it, even though it looked a bit puny. He said it was flavorful. The absolute STAR for us, though, was this incredible, warm, flaky biscuit that would make my southern aunts jealous. Thank goodness I don't live near this place, or I'd be so fat! Eek! Totally lovely experience. As I said - we didn't like lunch quite as well. The shrimp and grits was just ok, and the special shrimp po' boy lacked flavor. Still - Folly Beach has a winner breakfast joint. YUM!

On a recent trip we had a late breakfast outside and it was a very positive experience! Our server was pretty efficient and even when it started getting bus she would have another runner/sever refill our drinks. Our food came out fast, fresh hot, and was all very delicious! My wife had the eggs Benedict, but got the fried tomatoes on the side - she loved it! We shared some things based off of reviews, the cinnamon roll is in fact incredible and the sausage gravy biscuit is super savory and flavorful! I had eggs, sausage, and grits that were excellent. Overall there was nothing we didn't enjoy! The outside seating area got a little tight by the time we left, but it was adequate. To those about to nosh, I salute you!!

The food, service and ambience were very pleasant. This was not our first time visiting because the food and service are always good!

Lost dog is one of those feel good restaurants. The inside is cute with pictures of dogs everywhere. The food is great and I love the iced latte!

Cute quaint place. We tried the best international eggs Benedict, cheese grits, the loyal companion, HUGE cinnamon roll, biscuits and gravy and latte's. All in all good food. Has a bar area for about 4 people to sit. Did not sit outside as it was windy and rainy. Our Server was super nice and friendly! Recommend

I've been learning some new terminology from my grandkids that I'm going to attempt to incorporate into this review... This joint is gas. The shrimp and grits... those jawns are fire baby. Def recommended fr fr

Great food, cool place and worth the wait!! The wait staff was nice and helpful. It was the perfect place for brunch!!

Came here on my birthday for a good breakfast and lost dog delivered! This place was so busy but it's expected since this place is famous for their breakfast menu. Our waitress was fast and always make sure we have what we need. I had their egg Benedict special with a side of fruits. My friends had french toast, Yogurt bowl with local granola and craisins, another friend ordered their delicious cinnamon rolls along with eggs and toast. We also ordered the mimosas and everyone was happy with their food! If you are in Folly then this place has ro be in your list for your food -venture.

We loved brunch at Lost Dog Café! We went around 10am on a Saturday and had to wait about 25 minutes for a table, which we were expecting. Our party of four all enjoyed our meals, which include the corned beef hash daily special, eggs benedict, and scrambled eggs. Service was friendly and efficient.

We had the Best International Eggs Benedict, the low country's version of the Benie, w canadian bacon, a fried green tomato!.. it was very good and the fresh fruit was a refreshing touch, props to making it local. The Bloody Mary and She Crab soup were just ok. Overall great service and a cool place for brunch.
